Nyne Talent Search

Describe the hire. Get a ranked shortlist with the evidence.

Nyne Talent Search turns a hiring brief written in ordinary English into a ranked list of real people, and shows you why each one is on the list. No Boolean strings, no operator syntax, no guessing which keyword the index wants.

Every candidate arrives with a fit score from 1 to 5, the specific phrases from their history that matched your brief, and - where the data exists - a work email and phone number appended automatically.

You need a Nyne account to run a search. Talent Search spends your Nyne workspace credits, so it signs you in first.

How a search works

You write the brief the way you would explain the role to a colleague: the problems this person should have solved, the scale they should have operated at, the judgement you need them to bring. You can layer structured filters on top when you need hard constraints, and you can leave them empty when you do not.

The search returns a page of candidates in relevance order. You choose the page size before you spend anything, and the estimated cost is shown next to the button, because a search that quietly costs ten times what you expected is not a feature.

Write the brief
A paragraph of plain English. Seniority, domain, the shape of the work, and what you would consider disqualifying.
Add constraints if you have them
Twenty structured filters covering the person, their education and their employer - all optional, all editable before the search runs.
Read the evidence
Each result carries a fit score and the matched phrases behind it, so you can tell a genuine match from a keyword collision at a glance.
Shortlist, compare, export
Keep the ones worth a conversation, ask Candidate Copilot to compare them, and export the shortlist as CSV.

What you can filter on

Most sourcing tools filter on the person. Nyne Talent Search also filters on the company that person works for, which is how you express the searches that actually predict fit: someone who has operated at your stage, in your funding environment, with your kind of constraints.

The person
Job titles, locations, skills and keywords, spoken languages, and current or previous employers.
Their education
Universities, degrees, and field of study.
Their employer
Industry, headcount range, total funding raised, funding stage, latest funding stage, named investors, and the date of the last round.

Reading a candidate, not just a row

A ranked list is only useful if you can audit the ranking. Every result can be opened to show the summary of why it matched, the individual pieces of evidence with the phrases they came from, the full work history and education, and the contact details enrichment was able to find.

Candidate Copilot works on the shortlist you have built: compare the finalists and recommend who to screen first, surface the evidence gaps and risks for each one, draft a structured interview plan, or sketch an outreach angle per person. It reads the profiles you are already looking at - contact details are stripped before anything is sent to a model.

Signing in

Nyne Talent Search is an account product. Searching runs against your Nyne workspace and spends your workspace credits, so you sign in first.

If your organisation already uses the Nyne API for person search or enrichment, this is the same data and the same workspace credits, with an interface on top. Sign in with your Nyne account and your existing workspace, keys and balance carry over.

Common questions

Do I need a Nyne account to use Talent Search?

Yes. Searching runs against your Nyne workspace and spends that workspace's credits, so you sign in with a Nyne account before you can run a search. If your workspace already uses the Nyne person search or enrichment APIs, the same account works here.

Do I have to write Boolean search strings?

No. You describe the role in ordinary English. Structured filters are available when you want hard constraints such as a location or a title list, but they are optional and nothing has to be expressed as an operator string.

How are candidates ranked?

Each candidate is scored from 1 to 5 against the brief you wrote, and the score is shown alongside the specific phrases from that person's history that produced it. You can change the ranking criteria before searching, and you can sort the results by score, name, title, company or location afterwards.

Where do the email addresses and phone numbers come from?

Contact details are not requested from the search itself. Every returned candidate is enriched individually, and any work email or phone number that enrichment finds is shown on the profile. Where nothing is found, the field is simply left blank rather than filled with a placeholder.

What does a search cost?

Searches are billed in Nyne workspace credits, at your workspace's own rates. The estimated cost of the current search is shown next to the search button before you run it, and additional pages are only fetched when you explicitly ask for them.
